Support "Open in CE" for large sources

The "Open in CE" button breaks for large sources when the generated URL exceeds ~8000 characters. It'd be great if quickbench could use CE full links so that this button works for larger sources :)
(CE full links (i.e. of the form https://godbolt.org/#z:... (or g)) use a trick where everything after the # isn't sent to the server)
