Test csv coordinates in qgis:
- add layer and add delimited text layer
To test put complementary .tif and .tfw (or .dat and .hdr) files into data/images folder. Than run in order:
- source/coordinates.py
- source/mask.py
- source/image.py
Use 'scripts/create_shapefile.py' to run all steps for all images.
