Record new data.gov demo video for GSA Youtube

User Story

In order to update our content and increase visibility, datagovteam wants a new video on the GSA Youtube.

Acceptance Criteria

• GIVEN a member of the public is interested in learning about data.gov
  WHEN a user visits resources.data.gov to learn more
  THEN a link to an updated video will be available
  AND will be hosted on the GSA Youtube account

Background

We currently have existing videos on resources.data.gov that have been archived. Need to update and replace.
