Setting up the environment

  1. Clone this repository

  2. Navigate to the installation directory

  3. Run conda env create -f environment.yml to install all neccesary packages for all notebooks and scripts.

There is also a requirmenets.txt file availible if you prefer to use that for other virtual environments.

Notebook

For the demo, look at getDisplacement.ipynb in getDisplacement.
