Can't load panel #108

Plugin installs fine, npm version 3.10.10, node version v6.17.1. when I try to use the panel I get the following error:
'Unable to dynamically transpile ES module A loader plugin needs to be configured via 'SystemJS.config({ transpiler.'tranpiler-module'])'. Instantiating https://mydomain/public/plugins/globalnoc-networkmap-panel/module.js Loading plugins/globalnoc-networkmap-panel/module'
