Installing Weylus in Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS

I'm trying to install Weylus in Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS.
So I

1. downloaded Weylus_0.11.4_amd64.deb
2. sudo dpkg -r Weylus_0.11.4_amd64.deb
   and got an error "Sie müssen Pakete mit ihrem eigenen Namen angeben, nicht durch Angabe von Dateien, in denen sie geliefert werden" in english "you need to specify packages with their own name rather than the files they were delivered in".

Any ideas what I did wrong? Any suggestions on how to do it right?

I think I found the answer:
sudo dpkg -i Weylus_0.11.4_amd64.deb
