Reimplement event weights as standard behaviour

As of #411, using event weights for normalisation is an optional behaviour behind the do_weighted flag to be set from the analysis script. This should be changed to make using the event weights always the default, using a weight of 1 for every event for samples that do not have the weight column filled. See discussion in the linked PR.
