Missing roadmap or milestones for v3

Hello, first of all, thank you for your tireless work on this fantastic open source project.

I'm considering this for a new project and I'm wondering if it's worth trying to integrate with v3. It would be great if you could include some kind of documentation that explains what will be new, changing, broken, in version 3 and what the current status of it is. That could be as a roadmap, a github issues milestone with issues assigned, or even something added to the readme.

If that info is already available, i'm sorry to bother you. I'd appreciate being told where to find it.

Hi! V3 has two main purposes:

• We will start using OpenTripPlanner v.2 early next year, and v3 includes the changes needed for that transition
• We have lots of outdated dependencies (including node version), which we plan to update in v3

Please note that current development on v2 branch will be merged regularly into v3 as well.
