Can't load Chlorine on server side

Reproduction Steps

And also I can't load the zip of the modified Engineer's Life 2 server instance here, btw, basically it stops at half loading.
It doesn't even crash, I have to manually kill the server... hope I'm not missing anything, it's kinda late and I may be too sleepy

Additional Information

Used the latest forge 36.2.31 for minecraft 1.16.5 and Chlorine 1.16.5-0.0.1.3.
Using magnesium-1.5 instead of Chrlorine seems to work
