Skip text and fast forward text

I think the current 'Skip Text' enhancement should be renamed to 'Fast-forward Text' and a new enhancement should be added. Similar to skip text, this new enhancment would work similarly to other Zelda games: pressing / holding B completely finishes the text animation for the current text, but doesn't move onto the next text.
