Easier and accessible language

Language should probably be it's own option in the menu bar and also have the name of the language in it's own language next to it
For example: "German/Deutsche", "French/Français"

It make sense to have it under the Settings tab especially with smaller resolution screens

For having them translated since the UI is not translated I also rather prefer having everything in English

To add a little detail on the translation point
If the UI is translatable one day, I would prefer having independent choice over the UI/Game language
Like I speak French, and everything on my PC is in English, except my games languages

we could probably make the language default to the system language instead of english (wouldn't handle the menu not being translated problem, but would probably make it so we don't need to move the dropdown)

• if we have system language use that
• if we don't have system language use english

We have this with retro and I hate it, for some reason, retro is taking the Locales and is in french while I want it to be in english, a independant selector for the UI / Game would make sense to me (kinda like Dolphin)
