[Enhancement] Ability to skip all ocarina song playbacks

MQ becomes a bit of a drag when they make you play Song of Time over and over again, and you have to wait for the playback to finish each time. It'd be nice if the Fast Ocarina Playback option was applied to all songs.

There is some song that I had to exclude from it else it would have break a lot of sutff
Including, Song of Storm, Song of Time and Epona's Song
