This is definitely a feature that would be great to implement, and especially so in situations where you're dealing with larger numbers of dangerous enemies than would normally appear in the original game. However, while it would natural to have the targeting and camera control mapped to the same inputs, having specific camera control implementation and target switching be somewhat independent of each other (i.e. so that you could opt to have target switching without freecam, or conversely have an implementation of free camera control that works while targeting if someone were to implement that later) would be a much more robust feature. |

This would work like the Dark Souls series where you can move the stick in a direction to switch to a target that is in that direction. (Much easier to do than spamming the lock-on button)
