The following FX blinks every other frame. Minor issue.

Boost Trails on Arwings

Zoness Splashes - when you shoot the water, tilt your wing into the water, or enemy body parts hit the water

Flame Pillar Explosions ( Zoness Floating Bombs by boss, Macbeth bombs by boss and cart )
