Test cases for

Metrics types

Availability
Counter
Gauge

Test types

Functional test
- Minimum, Maximum, Average, percentiles, limit, order, threshold
- tag test
- time range test
Populate date for different range and validate with buckets (example: for an year)
Validate automatic pruning of older data.
