Not Working every time

Sorry but this is not working every time. Sometimes, it doesn't work even if config variables are all turned on.
I am using a diamond axe, enchanted with efficiency V, mending, unbreaking III, but I tried with diamond, iron axe without any enchants and it fails too.

This is happening sometimes and I don't know why.
Trees in the nether are not working too, and I turned on crimson and warped for every axe...
