This code of conduct outlines our expectations for all members of our community and the consequences for unacceptable behavior. We invite everyone in the Learn Trinity Community to join us in promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
The Learn Trinity Community is dedicated to maintaining a non-profit, respectful, and supportive environment. We uphold the following principles:

To ensure a welcoming environment for all, we expect the following from every member of the Learn Trinity Community:

Active Participation: Engage genuinely and actively to contribute to the community's growth.

Respectful Conduct: Maintain respectful and considerate communication in all interactions.

Collaboration: Prioritize collaboration over conflicts and work towards constructive solutions.

No Discrimination: Refrain from engaging in any form of demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior or speech.

Safety Awareness: Be aware of your surroundings and fellow participants, reporting any unsafe situations or violations of this Code of Conduct.

Public Respect: In public venues, treat all patrons with respect and consideration.
The following behaviors are considered unacceptable within the Learn Trinity Community:

Violence or Threats: Engaging in or threatening violence or using violent language against others.

Discriminatory Language: Making sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, or otherwise discriminatory jokes or comments.

Inappropriate Content: Posting or displaying sexually explicit or violent material.

Privacy Violation: Posting or threatening to post personal information ("doxing") of others.

Personal Insults: Insults related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or disability.

Inappropriate Actions: Inappropriate photography, recording, physical contact without consent, or unwelcome sexual attention.

Intimidation: Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following online or in person.

Advocating Harm: Advocating or encouraging any of the above behaviors.

Disruption: Sustained disruption of community events, including talks and presentations.
Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated from any member, including sponsors and those with decision-making authority. Individuals asked to stop unacceptable behavior must comply immediately.
The community organizers may take appropriate action, including a temporary ban or permanent expulsion from the community, without warning (and without refund in the case of a paid event), in response to unacceptable behavior.
If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior or have concerns, please notify a community organizer as soon as possible. You can find our reporting guidelines not available right now.
Community organizers are available to help you engage with local law enforcement or ensure your safety. In-person event organizers can provide escorts if needed.
If you believe you have been falsely or unfairly accused of violating this Code of Conduct, please contact the Governing Body with a concise description of your grievance. Your grievance will be handled according to our existing governing policies, as outlined not available right now.
This Code of Conduct applies to all community participants (contributors, sponsors, and guests) in all community venues, online and in-person. It also applies to one-on-one communications related to community business.
This code of conduct and its related procedures also apply to unacceptable behavior outside the scope of community activities when such behavior may adversely affect the safety and well-being of community members.
