Re-writing the Validation Study Pages to New UI #1349

#Changing the Validation Study Pages to New UI

  1. Menu ---> Validation ---> Study

  2. All pages under study take you to the old UI which should not be the case, since the rest of other pages are in New UI

  3. Attached Video recording.

  1. Indicate the severity of the issue using the following ratings:
    1. This issue is something we would like to see improved in the future but
      does not significantly affect our work.
    2. This issue makes OpenELIS slow, difficult, or confusing, but we are able
      to keep working with it.

Hey @Thanush19 Thanks for showing interest in this.... But this issue is almost completed.... And i will be raising the PR soon... In case i need any help i will let u know...

@Bahati308 Heyy I have fixed this issue... only the verology section is left... I search for the testSectionIds for DNA PCR , viral load and genotyping... but was not able to find the correct ids... could you help in this... or should i raise the PR since The rest sections of study , i have updated the UI...
