Login error returning key instead of value when French language is selected

2. This bug is faced when accessing the OpenELIS using code space [not tested the normal setup yet, but more likely to be the same case]. When code space closes and in the process of reopening it, and try to visit the login page before restarting code space, this bug is experienced as shown in the screenshot
