Which feature are you missing?: Rss Feeds for updates
What problem would that solve for you?: Would like a RSS feed to subscribe in order to follow the constitution updates.

That way can be passively informed using the rss feed reader.

Following via whatever social network is just too limiting for updates and easily gets drowned out with non essential chatter.
