Improve toggle UI and group it better

There are currently several UI elements with various options that are independently movable.

Their grouping doesn't make much sense (anymore).

While putting everything together would make sense, it would be nice to preserve the ability to individually move frequently used toggles. Perhaps this would also be served by creating a component with a selection of the full list of options.
