This license applies to the following products:

  • Jenjin Engine
  • Jenjin Editor
  • Any binaries or source code distributed with the above products whether it is or isn't under the Jenjin brand and/or names.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this license, permission is hereby granted to any individual or entity to:

  • Access and view the source code of the Jenjin Engine and Jenjin Editor.
  • Modify the source code solely for the purpose of contributing improvements or fixes to the official repository managed by Ben McAvoy.
  • Use the source code for personal, non-commercial purposes by one individual, including modifying and running it for personal projects or learning purposes.

2. Restrictions

You are expressly prohibited from:

  • Redistributing the source code in any form, whether modified or unmodified.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Ben McAvoy reserves the right to terminate this license at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the source code and destroy any copies in your possession.

7. Governing Law

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ben McAvoy resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
