[Bug]: 系统通知异常

Describe the bug

（不知道是否是我设置问题）即便是选择enable systemNotice之后，也不能调用系统的横幅提醒，但是一般不带耳机的时候，电脑都会处于静音状态，所以每次番茄钟结束都会错过（system notification是开着的，因为Obsidian的reminder可以正常弹出提醒）；
