기능 설명

MANAGER의 역할을 가지고 있는 경우 채널추가가 가능하도록 한다.

추가될 기능 목록

학생의 경우 채널추가에 대한 권한 알람이 뜨도록 한다
매니저가 접근할 경우 채널을 추가할 수 있다.
채널 이름, 채널에 학생이 게시글을 올릴 수 있는지 없는지 설정할 수 있다.

기대 효과

필요한 채널을 생성하여 이용이 가능하다.
