Gtfcuff: build ROC curve out of gffcompare stats

Hello,

I would like more details on the different ways to use gtfcuff to get more statistics out of gffcompare. E.g. what is the difference between gtfcuff roc, gtfcuff roc-salmon, gtfcuff roc-trunc, gtfcuff roc-quant ? Is it possible to build PR-ROC curves out of these tools ? I am sorry for these questions, but I could not find any documentation and I am not very familiar with C++.
