Provenance export publishes templates, but not executions #119

Describe the bug
When publishing provenance of a workflow, the template is published but not the execution artifacts.

To Reproduce
Go to WINGS (in my case); publish provenance for 1 execution. It looks successful, but there are no incoming relations, and none of the execution artifacts seem to have been created.
For example: https://www.opmw.org/export/resource/WorkflowExecutionAccount/t-c5f80372-a7c9-4497-bfb7-8f229c576c17

Expected behavior
The execution https://www.opmw.org/export/resource/WorkflowExecutionAccount/t-c5f80372-a7c9-4497-bfb7-8f229c576c17 has 4 inputs, 3 params and 2 outputs. While the execution is published, the outputs, params and inputs are not.
