Allow executing Docker + Singularity as in the model catalog

I am opening this issue because @varunratnakar said it was a good idea to start thinking about this. Right now the current setup with Docker is cumbersome (users have to mount volumes). Having a setup with Singularity that could benefit from the model catalog would be very beneficial
