It's a mixins addon that allows mixins into other mixins. This could be useful for modpack-specific fixes, where forking an actively maintained, mixin-based upstream mod would be a significant maintenance burden, or adding compat to mods whose maintainers are not willing to add compat for eachothers' mods directly.
