At 5:30 Kiara's CC is garrisoned due to an incoming small attack. Maybe a bit to early and disproportionate to garrison at this point.
But more importantly it didn't got ungarrisoned for a long time.

At min 20:00 the colony on the north is garrisoned also.

Hmm,
Probably range is quite big, it checks also around towers and they were basically reaching into enemies territory so there were still some units found probably. Need to check this further.

Happened again, for at least 15 min. I caught it at min 25 but I think it started way earlier. CC was parallelized, not eco activity and no production.

Happens again after at around 46/47 min. CC built and immediately garrisoned and just waiting death.
