We should allow for a mobile library PDF to be generated. This should dispay the following:

A listing of the routes (see route PDF)
A index of the stops and their route
A table of dates and routes

Acceptance Criteria

Mobile PDF route added to API
Open API documentation updated
PDF tested with multiple mobiles

DaveBathnes added the enhancement label

DaveBathnes self-assigned this
