I have an example:
DIMBLK1.dwg.gz
There is e.g.:

...
DIMBLK: (5.0.0) abs:0 [H 1]
...

When I convert it to dxf via dwg2dxf DIMBLK1.dwg
In DXF will be:

...
$DIMBLK

  9
...

Expected output is:

$DIMBLK
  1
  
  9
