Enable comments or conversations in MoneyLogs

Expected Behavior

As we have used the application for extended periods of time, we have come to notice that sometimes one will need to run a conversation around an entity in a MoneyLog
e.g a MoneyLog itself, a WishListItem, a MoneyGoal.

In our experience, we have seen the need to add comments to these items.
And with comments comes replies to those comments.

The suggestion, in this case, would be to enable the user to have conversation threads around entities that can allow conversations.

Actual Behavior

At the moment one cannot comment or have a conversation around entity items in the application.

Acceptance Criteria

The application should allow adding comments and replying to comments on application entity items

@zacck this is a pretty interesting issue, we need to look at who our user is and why they are using the feature, what they want to say to someone and what types of entities they would want to say things to others about. I will be having a look at the template spreadsheet again and come back to you about this one, put my reply on a waiting for ;)
