Cannot change an upload to restricted

I am trying to hide https://works.hcommons.org/records/s55xq-bq098 and am unable to so. After switching the record to restricted, and then going to save changes by selecting publish, I receive this error message.

Refreshing the page and trying again warrants the same results.

Bonnie was able to restrict these at the moment, so this is good for now. Something wonky is happening on my end, but not an urgent issue.
