Currently all ICD-9 and ICD-10 ontologies are associated with the hadm_id. The diagnoses are determined on hospital discharge based on the clinical notes, as the documentation tells. I was wondering if it's possible to retrieve at which time a diagnoses was assessed during the hospitalisation.
I'm working on CXR dataset and in the chexpert table there are a lot of uncertain labels. My idea is to refine the labels by using ICD ontologies. However, to assign a diagnosis to an image I need the time of the diagnosis so I can compare it with the study time.
Is there a way to accomplish this? I also though about using clinical notes, but those are not available (yet).
