What format, codec or settings for Twitter X video?

Thank you for Simple Screen Recorder! It works like a charm :)

Recording audio books using front cover for video image in a way to convert mp3 so that Facebook accept the file.

Also screen recording whatever I wan't from Twitter X and other sites/programs and posting that on Facebook, Bastyon, Bluesky, Gab, mail and more.

SimpleScreenRecorder settings;
File Container; Matroska (MKV)
Video Codec; H.264
Audio Codec; MP3 Bit rate (in kbit/s): 128
works for all above, except Twitter X where "one option" for video upload is supposed to be MP4.

MP4 files are visible in upload window and start uploading;

And then get error message and fail every time! Twitter X's "Learn More" talks about Twitter X app for Android and... cellphone stuff. I don't have a phone.

Past 5 years on Linux turned me into a self sustained (not financially, I am deBanked and would love to donate and some day I will) graphics, audio, video news or whatever I want to create outlet. Coming from 34 years om Windows where things are screwed up on purpose so that certain programs don't work properly to make it hard if not impossible (at-least it was for me) to produce the same things with high resolution results. To see people write they see no problem in Microsoft having tentacles into Linux community send chills down my spine.

To lengthy sorry! Twitter X restrict the debanked to c. 288 characters unless you make a video or graphic text thing.
