I was wondering whether there is a built in way to select a set of points from a figure.
My idea was, clicking some points on a heatmap or scatter plot, and getting all the points contained within the boundary defined by the selection.
Basically something like what's displayed in this link.
I know plotlyjs has a lasso select feature, but I can't seem to find a way to actually extract the selected points.
Please let me know if there's a way to do it in Makie.
If not, we could perhaps try to add such a feature?
