It seems like a PR was recently merged to update the version of loader-utils.
However, the current version on npm is still using the old version.
Would it be possible to bump the version of this package (probably a major version change since loader-utils had some breaking changes, mainly not supporting older node versions) and upload the new version to npm?

@Makio64 no problem, it's not urgent. But I can't make a PR, there isn't any code change (apart from the version number in package.json). I'm happy with the code as it is, I would just love to have the latest version when doing npm install shader-loader
