Stuck threads in the Jira application related to JIRA Gerrit Plugin which caused high thread limit utilization

Hello team,

I hope you are doing well and can help me with this issue. A client has the JIRA Gerrit Plugin version 3.4 installed on their Jira instance which has been having major performance issues recently. Analysis from Atlassian seems to point to the JIRA Gerrit Plugin as being involved in many stuck threads that could be seen.

Please let me know if an analysis would be possible from your side to help get to the bottom of this issue. If so, a location to send logs with the relevant data to would be much appreciated.
