Describe the problem

One of the most common use cases we hear from data producers for the Mobility Database is wanting to see examples of how specific GTFS feeds implement newer features (e.g Pathways, Fares v2).

Since we already have the features information in the API, this is relatively low lift, extremely high value.

As a user I need to be able to:

• Filter for GTFS Schedule feeds by feature
• Should be multi-select
• Should list feature groups (could either be headings or selectable - for discussion)
• Learn what the features are

Feature options should only include the features in the 6.0 validator release
Features should not be selected for Realtime (we have no features for realtime feeds)
