Area(s) with issue?

Steps to reproduce

It just stopped working one day. It may have been after a Logitech update, but I don't remember.

✔️ Expected Behavior

I use the volume control wheel on my headphones, and Modern Flyouts pops up just as it does when I use the volume knob on my Roccat Vulcan keyboard.

❌ Actual Behavior

No flyout appears when I use the volume control wheel on my headphones or when I use the native Windows 11 volume slider.

I should add that the Windows 11 volume slider does work with my headphones' volume wheel (I use HideVolumeOSD and forgot it was there).

Welp, it worked! And I just had the folder sitting on my desktop! I put it in the Program Files folder to get it out of the way, it still works. Thank you! (disclaimer: I am not particularly computer savvy.)
Update: it stopped working for my headphones again. Still works for the keyboard, though.
Update: it doesn't work at all with any of my volume controls, I think Windows 11 had an update that broke it.

Seems to be an issue on 24H2 with Version 0.10 beta 5.
Can confirm it works on 22H2 and 23H2, but not on 24H2.
