MKOB Cumulative lag when receiving the Time Signal. #345

When receiving the Time Signal from a wire, MKOB will start to lag behind MorseKOB 2.5 connected to the same wire. This becomes more noticeable as the sequence of ticks becomes longer (later in the day when there are more ticks in the sequence without a pause). When a (longer) pause occurs, MKOB 're-syncs' with MorseKOB 2.5, and the next sequence begins in unison, but once again MKOB will begin to lag as the ticks go on.
When connected to a wire that is sending 'more typical' text (news for example), there doesn't appear to be a problem (no noticeable difference between the response of MKOB and MorseKOB 2.5), even after an extended period of time.
