Implement exploration page with timeline #580

The new exploration page with a timeline approach was defined and designed. Using the timeline proof of concept ( sandbox/timeline branch) as a starting point we can proceed to the implementation of this page.

This page will replace each dataset's individual explore page.

⚠️ We need to understand how mindful we need to be about url redirection

This will be the first stage in the E&A merge and the analysis capabilities will be added later after the analysis flow was prototyped and better understood.

General structure is implemented.
