We should pythonise these start scripts...

Start miner - https://github.com/NebraLtd/hm-miner/blob/master/start-miner.sh

Gen region - https://github.com/NebraLtd/hm-miner/blob/master/gen-region.sh

However perhaps no point doing this now as light miner coming soon.
