QuickNII-extras

Code snippets and tools for working with QuickNII output, mostly put around propagation (algorithm is described on NITRC).

  • Python module for propagation (also CLI app), example .flat decoder (and conversion to .png)
  • JavaScript module for propagation, live HTML example and CLI app
  • Java propagation with complete CLI app for slicing and building NIfTI volumes, example cutlas creator code
