Itself based on SDL_PSL1GHT by zeldin, https://github.com/zeldin/SDL_PSL1GHT
Ported to the official Cell SDK by Twilight because there doesn't seem to
be a proper debugger for PSL1GHT.

Build instructions:
- Install Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 (Only VS2010 is supported).
- Install SCE Cell SDK. Be sure to install the VS2010 plugin.
- Open PS3/SDL.sln
- Build and enjoy
Notes:
- This is work in progress! Currently it compiles, but untested
* Video and basic rendering works
* Controller works. Note that SDL_JoystickOpen must be called after
turning on the controller by pressing the PS button.
- For SDL2_image, webp is not upported, *might* be supported in the future
All other image formats are supported.
- For SDL2_mixer:
* FluidSynth is not supported (too complicated and probably too heavy for the PS3)
Timidity is supported for MIDI playback.
* MAD is not supported due to it being GPL-licensed, which would put this entire
work under the GPL.
mpg123 can be used for MP3 playback.
* Mikmod is not supported. Modplug can be used instead to play MOD files.
* Native MIDI is not supported (no support in the PS3 hardware).
AIFF, VOC, FLAC, MOD, MP3, MIDI, OGG Vorbis, OGG Opus, MIDI, WAV are all supported
by at least one engine.
- That said, the SDL audio subsystem for the PS3 seems to be broken.
It might work for you, might not.
