- Number the orbs with a marker on them

- Adjusted thresholds for heat generation progress bar to be red above 30 and orange above 28.5

Fixes:
- Change how units get handled before an encounter. This fixes the reload ui issue on engineers.
- Changed default location of progress bars so they don't overlap with timers

- Fixed issue where progress bar didn't show up when swabbie got stuck in the air.
- Fixed some progress bar issues that would occur when you voidslip
- Fixed an issue where the progress bar didn't update at all
