2.19.1

What happened?

Link on https://github.com/NomicFoundation/hardhat/blob/c3aad2c556a4825d53667af40a065a350e5317be/packages/hardhat-toolbox/README.md?plain=1#L21C99-L21C175 throws page not found.

Minimal reproduction steps

On documentation page https://hardhat.org/hardhat-runner/plugins/nomicfoundation-hardhat-toolbox

When clicking on "our migration guide"

Goes to 404 page.
