Great work, here is a couple of things of the top of my head. I will read more deeply later.
You use the word anonymous in several places in the spec, where I think the word pseudonymous is more appropriate, in that a user takes on a Pseudonym (site public key) that does not need to relate to a real world identity, but does create a means of identity that raises the user from anonymous to unique on the site.
In the into a form of words I us in explaining SQRL to those who understand such things I say that SQRL offers "Pseudonymous zero knowledge authentication proof with key breach recovery processes".
