Static IP could not set

I am working with mickledore branch and am trying to set a static IP address in yocto build image. I have created separate recipe for that.

Also, normally before adding this recipe I could not see eth0 and after adding the recipe I have also tried to set static IP manually which did work out as well.

You should read the systemd.network man page for information on how to do this.

From a quick glance, I'd say that you're missing a [Match] section in your config file, so systemd-networkd is ignoring it. That's assuming you want your config file to completely replace the default that systemd includes in the build... if your goal was to have your config fragment act as a drop-in modifier to the systemd's default, you would need to install it in a different location. The man page explains this, at least in a general way.

For troubleshooting: the networkctl status eth0 command should show you which config files it has applied to the interface, and enabling debug logging in systemd-networkd (by setting SYSTEMD_LOG_LEVEL=debug in its environment) will log details of how its processing its configuration files.

None of this is specific to the Jetsons or meta-tegra, so I've moved this from an Issue to a Discussion.

I have tried both replaced and drop-in method, even I tried to remove the default files. Unfortunatly none of these method works.
Also, manually I can not change IP with ifconfig eth1 192.168.0.100 netmask 255.255.255.0 up. Only it works if I modify 80-wired.nerwork file.

It always takes 80-wired.network even if I tried to install 70-witred.network
