Targets .NET 3.5, last release in 2013, a security risk.

https://www.nuget.org/packages/DotNetOpenAuth.Core/

Dependency exists in OSLC4Net.Client.Oslc.Jazz.

Replacement candidate: https://restsharp.dev/. Should also allow OSLC4Net.Client.Oslc.Jazz to be migrated to net6.0+.
